If you want to grow muscles fast, then the first thing you must do is to understand how muscles work. Every muscle in the human body works in a similar fashion. Tip 1: Stimulate your muscles. Spend your time wisely when you are in the gym. Don't waste time chatting with friends, catching up on the latest soap opera.
